Steal the footage from Steal this Film

p2pnet news | P2P:- Authorship is dead, buried and done with.
So said the League of Noble Peers, the people behind Steal this Film and Steal this Film: Part II.
Now, Remix, Redistribute, Rejoice, they’re declaring in their latest venture appropriately entitled Steal This Footage, a “work in progress, incomplete, open to contradiction and response”.
With it YOU can make Steal this Film: Part III, IV, V and so on
“Thanks to the magic of 0xdb and Pad.ma, plus the hard work of a number of Peers in transcribing STEAL THIS FILM II footage over the last six months, we are able to offer a full text search of the base material from which we made the film,” they state.
Steal This Film II involved extensive research and numerous interviews but, as the League points out, documentaries use only a small part of the materials collected, meaning there’s a lot of unused footage.
“Some interviewees, having been so generous in giving us their time, didn’t appear at all in the final cut,” it says, going on >>>
In most cases this was simply a problem of being forced to focus in on the points we thought most crucial, and the need to arrange many voices into one argument.
This archive is intended to fulfill three objectives. We want to allow those interviewed the time to elaborate their perspectives in more detail, and to return the segments we selected to the context from which they emanated. We hope that these materials can be useful to those in search of greater detail.
Remix, Redistribute, Rejoice
Finally, in the spirit of cooperation and sharing, and by agreement with our interviewees, we are making this footage available to others who want to make films on this subject, and who may not have the resources to travel to and meet these exceptional individuals. We hope the HDV Torrents we have provided are of sufficient quality. If you have any issues, please contact us.

I’m confused. This may be off-topic, but does anyone know if I can sue my ISP for phone and electricity charges, since they’re (mainly) incurred because of using their service?

@readers write
What don’t you get?
@Don Kee
You can sue your isp for providing a service you asked for, however you will be laughed out of court.
