He’s also starring in a kiddie porn sex tape trial in which he’s said to feature, and which was watched by a jury in open court.
“Four people - including two relatives - identified the female in the alleged R. Kelly sex video Wednesday, saying she appears to be 13 or 14 on a tape that shows her having sex with the R&B superstar,” says the Chicago Sun-Times, going on:
“But lawyers for Kelly hammered the prosecution witnesses, suggesting the tape was doctored and part of a plot by relatives to get money from the singer.”
A 24-year-old woman named Simha Jamison told the court how she was able to identify the girl on the sex tape at the heart of R. Kelly’s child-pornography trial, says MTV.
“They were best friends” and, “the man on the tape is Kelly”.
Jamison said she was the alleged victim’s best friend growing up, “even telling jurors the girl’s birthday,” says the Chicago Sun-Times.
“The girl called Kelly ‘Godfather’ and at times received gifts of $100 to $500 from him, Jamison said,” according to the story, whihc states:
“Jamison saw the sex tape twice, once in high school and again Wednesday, she said. Both times, she recognized her best friend and Kelly.”
Kelly is pleading not guilty to child pornography charges.

Seriously, if u don’t wanna get caught, u stand a much better chance if u don’t videotape the act and put it online. How stupid is that?
The tape is doctored? C’mon, his face and whole body was skilfully crafted into it with CGI? Hollywood would love to know how that’s done. It CAN be examined by (s)experts.

What do people expect? Even if only done in private it will be found out. Sex perverts/pedophiles can’t remain anonymous. Even innocent people are being accused. Not saying that he is, the case is still pending.
Imagine all the rules and copyright it must be breaking just to talk about this!

I can’t help wondering if she doesn’t want to talk about it because she feels like a victim, or if it’s because she consented to the sex and doesn’t want to contribute to the trouble for Kelly.
While I don’t think it’s a good idea to do away with age of consent laws completely, I can’t see a 13-14 year old as being so much of a child that they can’t decide whether they want some older person to touch them or not. Granted, I’m not a girl, but I remember back when I was 13-14, my parents hired a cute older teenage girl to watch over me a few times and if she’d wanted to fool around with me, I would have gladly consented. (unfortunately, she never did) On the other hand, if one of the lunch ladies at school had ever tried to grope me, I would have gotten her fired so fast her head would’ve spun.
