Anti-Phorm campaign escalates

p2pnet news | P2P:- Richard Clayton says it’s illegal. Nicholas Bohm says it’s illegal. Alex Hanff says it’s illegal . The European Commission says it’s illegal.
And yet still Britain’s information commissioner and home secretary refuse to take action against it, says Hanff, ‘It’ being despised targeted advertiser Phorm.
“So the campaign has stepped up a notch and media is being created to increase public awareness,” says Hanff, who’s now appealing to film-makers and anyone else with a satirical bent to make viral videos for YouTube, and/or images like the one on the right for posters and fliers.
He’s suggesting a parody along the lines of the Anti-Piracy video with a voice-over saying >>>
Your anti virus can’t stop it.”
Your anti spyware can’t stop it.
Your anti adware can’t stop it.
Your firewall can’t stop it.
Virgin, BT and Talk Talk are planning to copy every web page you visit for the purpose of building a profile of your habits; they call this Webwise and it is illegal.
Join the campaign now on (insert website here)
Webwise…it’s a crime!
And instead of credits, Hanff says, “have quotes from famous people like ‘Mr Web, Tim Berners Lee, Richard Clayton, Nicholas Bohm, etc. and a few nasty quotes from Phorm (like the ‘We see the whole internet’ and the ‘Two dead in Iraq’).
Stay tuned to stay inphormed.

Thanks Jon.
I am particularly interested in anyone who might be able to create a parody of the Anti-Piracy video linked to in the article. Given that it is something most of the public are familiar with (after seeing it on DVDs or at the Movies) it would be a very good video to make a parody from.
Please post any links of videos to these comments so we can keep track of them.
