Jim Prentice, Charlie Angus, in Grievous Angels

p2pnet news | Cool Stuff:- Canadian federal industry minister Jim Prentice and NDP digital culture spokesman Charlie Angus may be singing different tunes in 2008, but they were once both in Angus’ band, p2pnet can now report.
“Angus has been active in a number of musical projects -including the punk DIY pioneers L’etranger and the nationally-recognized Grievous Angels,” notes his web page, going on:
“The group has garnered a number of Juno nominations and other awards.”
Now, in a story on Canada’s troubles with traffic throttling ISPs who are also doing their best to scuttle any hope of net neutrality, “Prentice used to earn his living from copyrights as a musician in the bands L’Etranger and Grievous Angels,” reveals Ars Technica.
The story doesn’t say when Prentice left Angus’ bands, or why.
Our exclusive photograph shows Angus (extreme left) and Prentice (second from the end on the right) when they were in harmony.
Prentice is understood to have played the flatulatum.
