Amy Winehouse not critically ill
p2pnet news | Music:- Reports that Amy Winehouse is desperately ill with emphysema are wrong, says Tracey Miller, her US representative.
“Frail Amy Winehouse has been struck down by the deadly lung condition emphysema – and she could be in a wheelchair within a MONTH if she doesn’t stop smoking crack cocaine, her dad revealed last night,” Britain’s Sunday Mirror.
“Doctors have also told the star, 24 – rushed to hospital after having a fit this week – that she will need a permanent oxygen mask to survive unless she takes their advice,” it stated.
The news supposedly came directly from Winehouse’s father, Mitch, but, “She is not diagnosed with full-blown emphysema, but instead has early signs of what could lead to emphysema,” the Associated Press has Miller saying.
“However, in an interview later with BBC Radio 1, he appeared to downplay his dire statements,” says the story, quoting him as saying his daughter is, “covered in nicotine patches and is ‘flourishing’ in response to treatments”.

Her art, beautiful. Her life, train wreck. The execs at her label would be so thrilled, er… I mean devastated if she managed to actually do herself in.
