p2pnet news | Movies:- If you’ve been bailed out after being sentenced to jail for three years for missing your tax returns, there’s no way you’ll be going anywhere far, let alone to a foreign country.
Unless you’re a Hollywood actor.
Wesley Snipes, 45, received the maximum sentence for three counts of failing to file income tax returns.
He’d followed tactics employed by so-called tax deniers, the government said, according to Bloomberg News, which added:
“Such people claim the law doesn’t require U.S. citizens to pay income tax, often relying on century-old Supreme Court cases and repudiated legal theories to make their case.”
Now judge William Terrell Hodges is allowing Snipes to board a plane bound for to London this month, “to complete postproduction on the horror film Gallowwalker and then to Bangkok in September to film the action flick Chasing the Dragon,” says E! Online, adding:
“Prosecutors objected to what they called Snipes’ vague estimate of how long he’d be spending in Thailand (eight weeks, the actor said), saying it’s one thing to let him go to England for a week but another to allow him to spend at least two months ‘beginning a new project half-way around the world with an open-ended return date’.”

First, puting people in prison and ruining the life of people for not paying their taxes is outrageous and overboard. This is not justice.
Second where is the law that are supposed to allow the federal governement to tax citizen income? The federal gouvernement is unable to come up with a text of law allowing taxation on personal income. So?
Third Federal income taxe might be unconstitutional since most of us already pay income state taxes. This is a double taxation situation.
Fourth look at what they are doing with our taxe money: Organizing torture!

This is a JOKE, to give some one that kind of jail time shows just how much black people.men is still hated in the United States. He offered
to pay the crazy fine and still he was given 3-years. What about probation, no wonder he did not want his trial to be held in Red Neck Florida. This would happen probably any where in the United States if a BLACK MAN comes up against a WHITE MAN judge. No wonder blak people hates whites. I never did until lately, the more I listen to the news and see what is going on in this election the more you can see how so call good-o-white men really feel anout blacks! They pretend to like/love you when they need your vote, but run against one of theirs or be smarter or as smart, and much better looking and it all comes out. Every black man in enetertainment should be up in arms or that has money or is just BLACK IN AMERICA! And we are here to stay!

I have been for over 20 years and with very little negative consequence, although i’m sure you salivate on the belief that everyone not cowardly like you “gets theirs” ! I pay 68 different taxes. I don’t pay the “income” tax. I havn’t for over 20 years! I never will and it has nothing to do with the money. It is the principle! I am not a United States Slave! You are though!
