Zi Mei, Beckerman, at Hackers On Planet Earth

p2pnet news P2P | RIAA News:- If you’re a regular p2pnet reader, you’ll know the names Ray Beckerman and Zi Mei.
If you’re not, Beckerman runs Recording Industry vs The People, the now-famous blog which doubles as a unique repository for RIAA cases and associated materials.
Zi is the tech expert who helped disassemble some of the RIAA’s more outrageous ‘evidence’.
Earlier today we posted an item on the upcoming New York Hackers On Planet Earth conference and among the people giving talks will be, Yup, Ray and Zi.
Beckerman told p2pnet he and Zi will discuss the interrelationship between the substantive law questions and technical issues, explain the huge economic imbalance in each case, “and talk about how the tech community can help in this fight”.
Stay tuned.

Me does only know the yearly CCC in Berlin where they have recordings of the lectures available afterwards as downloads (and streaming to the world while they are underway of course!)
Does HOPE do similar things, and if yes Jon, please post the relevant URL for at least *that* one event please.
