‘Naked image’ of girl, 6, angers Oz prime minister

p2pnet news | Off Topic:- Elton John is, “the latest British celebrity to become embroiled in a kiddy porn investigation,” p2pnet posted last year, going on:
“It centres on Nan Goldin’s Klara and Edda belly-dancing, a photograph of two naked girls.”
Said John’s personal site >>>
The photograph entitled ‘Klara and Edda belly-dancing’ (1998) is one of 149 images comprising the ‘Thanksgiving’ installation by renowned US photographer Nan Goldin.
The photograph exists as part of the installation as a whole and has been widely published and exhibited throughout the world.
The photo was, “seized by police from Gateshead’s Baltic Centre on 20 September,” said the BBC at the time.
Now, over in Australia, the picture on the right, the cover of Art Monthly magazine, has outraged Australian prime minister Kevin Rudd.
He, “cannot stand” the “naked image” of Olympia Nelson, now 11, the Sydney Morning Herald has him declaring angrily.
The girl was six when the photo taken by her mother, Melbourne photographer Polixeni Papapetrou.
Admittedly, she isn’t wearing any clothes, but she’s isn’t exactly full frontal, or anything else which might trigger depraved actions in the viewer, one would have thought.
Federal minister for families Jenny Macklin, “joined the chorus condemning the pictures yesterday, saying children were being sexualised in ways that robbed them of a childhood,” states the SMH.
But, “I think that the picture my mum took of me has nothing to do with being abused,” says Olympia, according to ABC News.
“Art Monthly editor Maurice O’Riordan said he hoped the edition would ‘validate nudity and childhood as subjects for art’,” says the CBC.

… in influencial political positions!
If Kevin has a problem with a picture -depicting how our creator(s) made us namely without a fur and natural underwear- that does not show any kind of sexual act, maybe then it’s time someone hooks his penis to a penile plytismograph and tests him if he is sexually aroused when viewing non sexual act nakedness showing pictures.
Those politicians that “can not stand” the most natural thing in the world are the most dangerous (beside guys like GWB that has nukes instead of nudes!)

someone call the POLIZEI to protect this now 11 year old from pervert PMs like Mr. Rudd
German special forces for the job to make sure kids can experience their natural body feeling without having to fear people that can not stand nude kids without getting a “ständer”, are standing by after their last successful job depicted in this picture!

It would seem Australian prime minister Kevin Rudd is a perv. His prurient reaction to a rather bland photograph of a six year old is more than a little alarming. This is a PM after all. Kevin, whatever you do, don’t go to public beach!

i guess it is telling that ABC australia had closed the comment section after only 47 comments.
Is it the private TV station of Mr. “hook his penis up and test him!”- Kevin thats why they did so?

I find it a natural, beautiful picture and do not find it sexually arousing, nor would I if it displayed full body, being such a young girl with no concept of sexuality. Nor is it sexually suggestive, except perhaps to a deviate. The majority would find it pleasant artistry. There’s nothing wrong with the human body, regardless of age. Granted, discretion and guidance is necessary. It’s when these politically correct twisted bureaucrats sexualise it they create problems where there is none. Even the young girl herself still has no problem with it. By over protecting our children we are smothering them. We can’t show them, can’t touch them, discipline is gone and so is natural affection. They are being ruined and turned into thankless, uncaring, unloving criminals, becoming self centred and preoccupied with pleasure seeking through drugs, alcohol and sex, trying to satisfy their empty lives. Many try to find fulfillment through higher education as pushed on them by school counsellors, but often still become dissatisfied.

I should have added, there needs to be a return to old values, which some fortunately have not abandoned. There can even be a time for “corporal” punishment according to God’s inspired Word, as it won’t kill a boy, but may well save his life in latter years to be trained through proper discipline.
