CIPPIC launches Bell / Rogers throttling probe

p2pnet news view P2P | Freedom:- If you’re a disgruntled Bell or Rogers subscriber, the CIPPIC wants to hear from you.
CIPPIC, short for Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic, based at Ottawa University, is launching a Bell/Rogers internet throttling investigation.
So? – you ask.
The organisation is run by a small crew of dedicated staffers and interns and when they get their teeth into something, they bite.
And hard.
Ask Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg about CIPPIC’s Facebook privacy investigation.
“We are interested from hearing from individuals who are subscribers to Bell or Rogers’ high speed internet services who are concerned about alleged internet throttling practices by Bell and Rogers,” says the organisation.
“If you were or are a subscriber and would like to express your concerns, please contact Robert Hester at the CIPPIC.”
