How can judges be so naive as to accept what the cartels claim at face value? Lies and deception is their trade as with all cartels. The 1% of the time when the truth slips out by accident is calculated to keep people confused. Why can't the legal system grow a brain and stop dispensing with justice instead of contaminating their decisions with convoluted legal rhetoric and mumbo jumbo.
