p2pnet news view Movies | Games:- Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment says it’ll publish Watchmen, a downloadable game based on the upcoming Warner Bros Pictures’ film called, you guessed it, Watchmen, before Watchmen (the movie, not the game) arrives on the cinema circuits (and online, of course).
Based on the DC Comics’ graphic novel, Watchmen (the game, not the movie) is for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC and is due out next year, says Business Wire, adding:
” ‘Watchmen’ will take us to the brink of destruction.”
Apparently, in alternate 1985 America (in which costumed superheroes aren’t only real, they’ve been outlawed”) an ex-hero, “goes looking for the truth behind the murder of one of his own, but uncovers a devastating conspiracy to drag the world implacably closer to its own end.”

Watchmen (the graphic novel) is awesome, if you haven’t heard. I’m just praying they don’t screw it (the movie) up.
From what I’ve seen and read, it’s not 100% faithful, but it’s as close as one could expect. A true labor of love from the director, whos is a big fan.
