Big Foot seen in (wait for it) Ontario

p2pnet news view | Cool Stuff:- Sasquatch, aka Big Foot, is back. But not in his supposed home-territory of British Columbia, Canada.

Instead, he’s been sighted in Ontario, which is a long way from BC.

Or from Pittsburgh, for that matter.

And the Ontario Big Foot does indeed have a big foot —- six toes.

In November last year, Rick Jacobs was out with his video camera in the Allegheny National Forest, north of Pittsburgh, and …

You can guess the rest, but the pic on the right is from the now-famous Big Foot movie taken by Roger Patterson and Robert Gimlin in 1967.

This latest sighting comes from a family on the Grassy Narrows First Nation in northwestern Ontario, says the Canwest News Service.

They have a plaster cast of a “huge” footprint, “from what they think is a sasquatch-like creature,” says the story, going on »»»

“It’s got six toes and a giant heel,” said 21-year-old Judy Fobister, whose father went out and took the imprint.

“He brought it home and he showed us,” she said. “I couldn’t believe it. I was shocked that there is actually something out there.”

The footprint measures about 38 centimetres long by about 15 centimetres wide and nicely fills a large pizza box, which is where the plaster cast is now safely stowed.

“Helen Pahpasay and her mother were blueberry picking on July 22 about 25 kilometres north of Grassy Narrows, a community northwest of Dryden, when they claim to have spotted a tall creature about 15 metres ahead,” says City News, adding:

“It looked about eight feet tall and it was upright,” Pahpasay explained. “We were scared … I had no idea what it was. It wasn’t a bear or a moose. It was upright and walking.”

The, “large creature darted into the bushes and the frightened women decided to head back to Grassy Narrows.

Pahpasay’s brother, Randy Fobister, “persuaded the women to go back to the scene of the reported sasquatch sighting to pick up any clues,” adds the story
