No disconnects with my 2 year service. I currently have a 16mb line not once a problem. Never a need to call for tech support. Bell dsl has always been shady. I used to have Istop based in Ontario who ran off the Bell lines. They had so many problem with Bell that their service was disconnected due to Bell triple billing them constantly. Finally finished by the owner selling the company to 3Web. Videotron rocks. No disconnects with my 2 year service. I currently have a 16mb line not once a problem. Hopefully they won't mess things up on a daily basis though. And if its cable, well hopefully better service than typicall cable cos. *cough*
