I cannot be 100% sure but I recall reading that out of all the money that the RIAA has extorted out of people to pay artists for their financial loss, exactly 0% has been paid to the artists. So is this a scam for the RIAA as it does not appear to benefit the artists at all ? In fact the artists are losing out even more due to the backlash. I personally have not bought any music for the last five years because I haven’t heard anything I particularly want and as an objector to the RIAA. I have also not downloaded any music but have no problems to those that do as it is massively overpriced.

I am unsure as to the particular story or the allegations, but good for her.

I’m one to think that they have some guilt in the case, although I wouldn’t know since I could really care less.

you know, this $108k that had to be paid comes from money made by artists’ sales. How much would an artist support these lawsuits if they knew the RIAA’s wasting their money on blindly suing people?

THIS time when this judge will actually declare a mistrial we make sure that this judge can say what HE wants to the jury just for the sake of him, but we make sure we have guys in the jury that will see that pirate Thomas for what she is: a hardcore criminal that even would take the scalp of your CEO if this read skin only could!

This time our white RIAA friendly jurors will find her guilty and will award the maximum possible for very willful copyringht infringement!
