RIAA drops case against MS victim

p2pnet news view P2P | RIAA News:- Vivendi Universal, EMI, Warner Music and Sony BMG’s RIAA will finally stopped tormenting multiple sclerosis victim Rae-Jay Schwartz.

She’s, “wheelchair-bound by a terrible medical condition which attacks the central nervous system,” p2pnet posted, going on »»»

As well as being plagued by the RIAA, she’s a victim of multiple sclerosis, the debilitating disease which slowly drains the strength and will from sufferers.

“Stress and multiple sclerosis seem at times to go hand in hand,” says Beginners Guide to MS.

“There is a strong correlation between severe stress and exacerbation of MS symptoms,” says the University of Maryland medical Centre.

And yet, Warner Music, EMI, Vivendi Universal, Sony BMG and their RIAA, won’t leave her alone.

That was almost a year ago. But only now have the Big 4 relented.

Meanwhile, “I’m very relieved that this cruel case against a completely innocent woman suffering from Multiple Sclerosis has finally been dropped,” says her lawyer, Recording Industry vs The People’s Ray Beckerman told p2pnet, adding:

“The cruelty and recklessness of the RIAA’s lawyers, especially Matthew Oppenheim, knows no bounds.

“I’m very grateful to two outstanding New York City lawyers, Jimmy Lathrop who acted as Ms. Schwartz’s lawyer in the settlement phase, and Eli Uncyk who was appointed by the Court to act as her Guardian Ad Litem, and who was likewise instrumental in bringing about a settlement.

“Ms Schwartz can finally put this terrible source of anxiety behind her.”

Now the RIAA is paying their victims to avoid losing the case!

Wahtever they do will not save them; it is too late and they are all on the hit list by now.

We will never either spend a peny on these pigs and parasites, no matter what tortuous business scheme they put together we will always spot them and destroy their new business as soon as they show up their Ugly head of tap Worm.
