RIAA MediaSentry Michigan probe
p2pnet news view | RIAA News:- “Will the Massachusetts police now jail and/or fine MediaSentry and/or Fedde for failing to cease-and-desist?”
That was the last sentence in a p2pnet story wondering if RIAA Private Eye MediaSentry would suffer the consequences having apparently ignored an order by the Massachusetts State police to stop operating as an investigator in the state.
Now we’re asking —- Will the Michigan police jail and/or fine MediaSentry and/or the people who run it?
Court papers filed in a Michigan John Doe case, LaFace v Does 1-7, say MediaSentry continued conducting Michigan investigations without a license, even after it was being probed by Michigan’s Department of Labor and Economic Growth, says Recording Industry vs The People.
Not only but also, MediaSentry, “made false and inconsistent statements,” says the story.
Definitely stay tuned.

“mediasentry can operate outside the law. its because they are going after song theft.”
If someone can operate outside the law there is no law and no peace.
This is the law of the strongest.
lFine with me though. Let see how long the parasites of the entairtainment industry last with their corporate and political BS, their extortion tactics and their corrupting power against guns.
I don’t think they will last very long so if I was you I will not say something like that.
Nobody is and nobody should be above the law.
It is very easy to destroy a business but very hard to start one. So guest who is going to win this?
NOT YOU!
