Britney Spears’ ex-mate Kevin Federline is number 12.

you’re a knob. billy ray is not riding on miley’s coattails, rather he is on the HM set every day which is what a good father should do. and he probably made enough money off of his ’some gave all’ cd to live several lifetimes. as far as i can tell miley is the most normal girl in tinseltown thanks to her parents.
