misprepresentation means that
YOU MAKE BIG LETTERS SAYING DOUBLE SPEED

.then in tiny letters say otherwise after 500 other legalise words.
you also over phone or other communication may neglect to mention things.
ISP's never misrepresent things do they.

"BELL is not going to honor your contract. PERIOD" - bell representative then they not only charge me early termination fees when i take hte legal right to leave contract without penalty. BUT do not cancel the acocunt and then go after a credit card on the same account after giving hte fees back on my bill

PERFECT example how they try and use the phone to say shit and then just do as they wish.
Also if a EULA or agreement is seen as too one sided you may also find that the side trying to get too much gets in trouble if they take advantage of the other.

( if bell cna charge me 100$ for early termination , why can't i charge them for terminating my contract just cause they can? )

the above would be 3-4 separate CCTS investigations and could cost the ISP 1000$ per each they decide to investigate.
That threat alone makes em stand up better.

this is dumb. I was at volcano national park last week and got 5 bars of 3g that was plenty fast. In the crater of an active volcano! Works for me.

No wonder why it takes 2 months to go to court for a parking ticket, These people don’t read anything before they by it. Read the small print it clearly states that twice the speed it will give you but only in 3g areas. Help yourself to some books and stop trying to cheat everyone out of money. Just because you didn’t read your contract doesn’t mean that they were misleading you. We all need to grow a set or our country is going to get even worse then it already is.

Before I spend a fortune on a phone and 2 years worth of service… I checked which (and how many) parts of the country had 3G.
Even without *ANY* 3G… the iPhone is still pretty amazing… with no service… and EDGE, Analog, and Wi-Fi.
