Now he’s clearly hoping he’ll get the same message across during the current US elections.

oh yah if politicians can take bribes why not go direct to me….yes it is a wonderful thing democracies.
That republicans would threaten to jail him when there BRIBE aka Mr lobbiest all but does same thing on grander scale ( and cheaper cause this way he pays one guy one quarter of what he’d otherwise have to bribe the whole populace and doesn’t have to talk or convince anyone JUST one person.
