		<description>You know, I wonder how different wars would be fought, if the people in the government (including the Generals and even the Top Honcho himself) were held responsible for &quot;mistakes&quot; and &quot;mis-information&quot; like this?  

And by being held responsible, I mean really &quot;risk&quot; being thrown into the same hellholes that they are throwing &quot;terrorists&quot; (like Canadian business men from Arab decent) into.
