So, what are we talking about here – another form of DPI??!
1) From what “vantage point” is this monitoring performed?
2) What authority would permit anyone to examine public data packets in this fashion, if not part of a specific criminal investigation by actual law enforcement agencies?
3) Is this not just another example of illegal tapping and interference with the Internet data stream??

Uhh….what the hell is “automated human visual verification?”

Does that phrase even make sense on ANY level?

Are “automated humans” verifying something visually? What the hell are “automated humans” anyway?

I actually feel good about this Nexicon thing — the more bullshit and scam outfits get into the “anti-piracy” thing, the sooner it’ll turn into the same shit as “generic herbal viagra” retailers — stupid, fly-by-night scam-artist front companies dedicated to ripping off stupid sheep.

After all, that’s all the RIAA is, at this point anyway.
