OMG) on the hood and trunk of my car in the park listening to music. If the officer who issued the citation would have been in court the day I had to go in I think the judge would have thrown the book at HIM. He dismissed the citation in about 30 seconds and was visibly irritated that his time had been wasted on such bullshit.
