		<description>Well, there&#039;s not to much to say for this state.  We&#039;ve driven up social services, taxes, and driven away businesses, citizens...  what makes you thing we would we get this right?  If California wasn&#039;t the first to support it&#039;s Hollywood taxpaying companies, then Arizona, Nevada, or Washinton would be the first to open arm welcome them.  Money drives the world and Hollywood is driving California in special intrests.  They only way people can fight them is by boycotting the Politians and Companies who particapate in these actions.

		<description>In a way, we already give out our calling card every time we use the internet - in our IP address - and the RIAA has already proven many times that they can obtain our identy quite easily. 

Even people using an &quot;anonymous&quot; proxy service may be in for a rude awakening - one such for-pay proxy, Surfola, even ratted out one of its clients last year without so much as a court order.

I suggest putting Senator Murray&#039;s name and address on all shared files -  then connecting through a truly anonymous network like a public WI-FI.
