Paraphrased. Beside it would make poor graphics, and sound bits. When Bob Rae show the clip of the 2 speeches side by side it was kind of funny. What will Harper show? Dion Karaoke the CanWest article? Wait it would be kind of funny. Like a Disney sing along DVD…:)

IF I paraphrase an official govt document while mentioning it was from a govt document am i plagiarist?

So he did not only plagiarise he also violated Mr Mandel’s or CanWest’s copyright. Right?

Charles mandel used a ministry report why should a leader quote a news reporter on an issue that was an official govt document. His tax dollars paid for it. It could have been worse, harper used an entire call to arms speech for a war in an innocent country with no weapons of mass deception. Last time I checked people arent being murdered daily for climate change.
