		<description>&lt;p&gt;Too bad we didn&#039;t get kick Harper out, both the Libs and, our favourite, the NDP are very strongly for net neutrality. Alas, I wish I could blame my own DSL problems on something as simple as throttling instead of ineptitude of local service staff and overselling bandwidth.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thankfully I was able to extract a cool $400 out of Bell for their last screwup with my VLAN at work.&lt;/p&gt;
