but that’s his choice to ride like that, not mine, not yours, not the cops or laws as long as he doesn’t hurt anyone it’s his life and his FREEDOM TO CHOOSE. this is what life on earth is all about.

and i thought riding bikes was a way to be free from such draconian institutions

if you really wana take a look at it then here it goes:
- anywhere in English commonwealth one does NOT need a license, insurance, plates, registrations and rest of the crap, all those are only for business vehicles and “driving”
- for “traveling” from point A to point B none of the above are needed, a cop doesn’t even have the right to ask your name without presenting his badge & number, biz card, and full wallet ID – so you can call it in and make sure who he is – if he doesn’t then you have the right to go away
- you do not need to present any ID unless you are on business and using that vehicle as such, if you do then you agree to Corporate laws [old english maritime laws] and you’re screwed
- if asked for your name you can say you are “commonly know as” and say your name, this excludes you from being a slave to corporations/business and their laws
- if cop still persists then you an say OK but “under protest” , this lets him know he’s pushing his drivel on on a “free human being”.
- when or if you get to court the judge doesn’t have corporate rights over you, he must respect Common laws

There are 4 kinds of laws in Canada: [in order or power]
God and universe
Your rights; bill of rights, constitution, privacy laws etc., as a free human being
Common law; law of the people by the people
Corporate law [old enlglish maritime law] / business law

i don’t see anywhere that corporate law is above any other, it’s at the bottom, get it?

What this amounts to is prescribed fear by establishment and by persons complaining. Any good biker knows their capabilities and won’t endanger themselves or the public. High rates of speed and stunts are usually done by experienced riders. To put caps on riders is like putting caps on internet speeds or telling jet pilots to slow down to stall speeds.

Any inexperienced riders soon find out not to push their luck till they are ready. This is with pretty well everything in life too. There isn’t many places to practice riding, or driving for that matter, for the novice and these are forced onto roads without proper instruction or practice. Now this is a danger and a half. Give a kid a temp license and tell ‘em to go nuts. Ya OK, LMAO

I started with a 50 cc honda street scooter in back fields and parking lots and didn’t (and couldn’t) update till i was better and could pass most of 125 cc riders. I tried and my father trashed 3 bikers till i was ready. Next bike was a 175 cc till i grew out of it in 6 months, then 250 cc, 400 cc, 750 cc (first road bike) till finally i owned a super bike and eventually 2 Harley’s. All this by age of 17.

There are times when I still hit over 200 MPH (320 KMPH) on highways, and of coarse when it’s safe to do so. No cop or anyone is going to tell me I can’t. I’ve had my share of accidents mostly due to my own stupidity. And I’ve paid for them in many ways. This is my responsibility, not the cop’s or the public’s. Unless a person actually causes an accident or blatantly is an a*hole no-one has the right to interfere with his/her traveling.

The biggest danger is inexperienced riders and drivers, PPL eating, on cell, changing clothes, falling asleep, unsafe rides, etc. The worst are actually cops while they pull PPL over, block traffic, weave through traffic, scream to their next coffee/donut stop and more. Most of the videos posted of them have been taken down, I wonder why?

In any case, if you can’t take responsibility for your abilities and your actions then get off the road.
