Although they lived in different states and never met each other in person, they sure talked up a storm over the internet. If they had just created a fictional country or past era to spin their yarn, they'd be in fine shape. But by using realtime events and people in their storyline, by just thinking about this dumb fantasy they've committed a crime of the highest order. getting back to file sharing .... 88 is also the number of Usenet Newsgroups that "anti-Newsgroup Nazi" NY attorney general Cuomo forced newsgroup providers to kill because those groups were alleged to contain child porn.
