Nokia ‘world’s leading cell phone’
Apple’s iPhone has flunked IDC’s Top Five mobile phone ratings.
“Nokia remained solidly in the market leadership position, with shipments greater than the next three vendors’ total volumes combined,” says Palluxo.com.
Nokia remains the world’s leading cell phone brand by far, “with a 39.4% market share, followed by Samsung with 17.3%, and Sony Ericsson, Motorola, and LG, with 8.6%, 8.5%, and 7.7%, respectively, according to a recent IDC report on third-quarter handset sales,” says teleclick.ca.

Most people just want a good durable basic cell phone and Nokia has various cheap models. Why spend 400 on a cell phone when one for 49.99 will still do the job.
