		<description>This article makes the assumption that we have already lost the Net Neutrality battle.  Deep pocketed interests and CanCon will get premium access and all other sites will therefor not be treated equally - how do you define Canadian Content websites at this point?  If I create a Canadian movie and post it to my web page, will I get premium access too?  

More importantly, the loss of net neutrality will far outweigh any losses that Canadian could consider by not being encouraged to watch CanCon.</description>
