The CRTC always has, always will, lick Bell&#039;s big, shiny, corporate ASS, before even listening to what the public has to say.
If you think the CRTC doesn&#039;t understand the implications of allowing providers to throttle the service, you&#039;re fooling yourself!

It&#039;s our willingness to believe that the people making decisions in the government and the CRTC are technically challenged, and our subsequent hopes that, as time progresses, they&#039;ll &quot;get it&quot;, that helps big corporate farces like this succeed.</description>
