Is the RIAA being attacked from within?
p2pnet news view | RIAA News:- The low-life RIAA attack on transplant patient Ciara Sauro is doing the rounds online and off.
Nineteen-year-old Ciara has pancreatitis and needs an islet cell transplant.
And while she waits, medical bills are piling up, said a p2pnet post.
But, “Because she didn’t defend herself against a copyright lawsuit, a federal judge in Pittsburgh ruled she’s a music pirate, and that could cost the Sauros almost $8,000 in fines,” said Pittsburg news channel WTAE.com.
“I already have severe depression,” the story has her telling us. “I mean, it’s so hard to sit there and think that I have to get in trouble for something that I didn’t do. It’s not fair.”
It isn’t, but as we said in the story, fairness isn’t a word the Big 4 or Mitch Bainwol and Cary Sherman, the two spinsters who run their RIAA, understand.
The biggest villains? Children.
But wait! Could it be it’s not the fault of Mitch and Cary and others of their ilk?
Does the RIAA have a mole in its midst — someone seeking to further tarnish the already indelibly blackened RIAA image — someone like the infamous Prince of Darkness, perhaps, seeking to generate billable hours?
Aunt B asks the question (without the billable hours bit) in Tiny Cat Pants.
Is someone at the RIAA, “trying to take it down from the inside through bad publicity,” she wonders, going on:
“Going after sick people and children, it just leaves a bad taste in people’s mouths. And, if I were a recording artist, I guess I’d want to know where the hell the big successes were. After all, how many lectures have we had to sit through year after year during the Grammy Awards about what a big problem illegal downloading is and how it’s ruining the industry?
“And the biggest villians they can come up with, year after year, seem to be children.”
First accuse the mums and dads
Well, Aunt B, that’s not strictly speaking true. The modus operandi of Vivendi Universal, EMI, Warner Music and Sony BMG and their RIAA is to first accuse the mums and dads of being massive illegal online distributors of corporate-owned digital ‘product,’ drag it out for two or three years, and when they’ve rung that dry, drop the case and go after their true targets, the kids.
Everyone, “assumes that record companies have artists trapped in unfair contracts in which the record companies get rich and only a very lucky few artists do,” says Aunt B, continuing:
“Music piracy doesn’t feel like stealing; it feels like sticking it to the record companies. After all, we are showing our solidarity to the artist, by listening to her music.
“Having the record companies, or another big faceless entity like the RIAA, go after children doesn’t do much to show the general public that those attitudes are wrong.”
It doesn’t, does it?
“Look at the whole Amanda Palmer incident,” suggests Aunt B, continuing
Her label acted like gigantic piggish assholes (”my favorite quote from that meeting: ‘i’m a guy, amanda. i understand what people like.’”), and people were rightly outraged. They wanted to figure out how to support Palmer and show their disdain for her record company. But how to do that?
Amanda Palmer’s people explain:
If you are new to Amanda’s music and you wish to listen/buy some of it, please do not punish her financially for her label’s sins by stealing it off the internet. Buying her music from her website will ensure that the largest % of profit goes to her.
Ta Da! It wasn’t the point of the whole thing, but now people who want to support Palmer know how to do so both in spirit and financially.
“Why is that such a hard message for the RIAA to formulate and get out?” – asks Aunt B.

I have a better idea. Download her stuff and send her the money directly, This way it guarantees that the criminal organization she calls her label got zip! Zero nada! Nothing!

Everyone needs to keep in mind that the RIAA, MPAA and others are all connected to big money. Big money is part of biggest banks on earth and monetary system. Monetary system is run by Federal Reserve and hence by Rockefeller, Morgan, Westinghouse [to name a few] originating in London Britain, that’s that little city inside of London England. They control the world by money PERIOD.

Do not get suckered into buying anything from large corporations unless you absolutely have to.
Don’t use credit, credit cards or even their money. It’s all fiat money, virtual money, it’s worthless.
Do not use internet to pay your bills, they track you.
Barter, trade and create separate form of cash [very important], pay directly to friends and service ppl.
Use Internet to spread the word and expose anyone that’s dirty
Stay out of cities as they are easily controlled and or make second home outside them.
Form support groups, alternate communications, clean food storage and other necessities.
Help your friends and neighbors, your life may depend on them later.
They, [monarchy] plan to get rid of 1/3 to 2/3 of the earth’s population by 2012.
If you think I’m kidding then explain to me why there are still over 20,000 active nukes at any one time on earth. That’s enough to nuke every part of this planet 8 times over.
