p2pnet connect
p2pnet news view | P2P:- Hi all. It’s feeezing cold and snowy, but brilliantly sunny, here at p2pnet’s palatial Vancouver Island HQ, and I’m going to pack it in for now.
But before I close down for Christmas eve and Christmas day, I’d like to tell you about a couple of changes I’m making for 2009.
1 – For the first time, I’ll be using videos. The plan is to feature particularly interesting or relevant stories a couple of times a week. So if you have anything, let me know where I can have a look and maybe include it. I’ll probably post the results (yours and mine
) on YouTube, and p2pnet connect (see below) and link to them in special p2pnet video roundups on p2net.
2 – In May, Google launched Friends Connect. With it, “any website owner can add a snippet of code to t his or her site and get social features up and running immediately without programming — picking and choosing from built-in functionality like user registration, invitations, members gallery, message posting, and reviews, as well as third-party applications built by the OpenSocial developer community,” it said. So I thought I’d give it a shot with p2pnet connect. Click here to check it out, and perhaps join.
Cheers! And thanks. And all the best …

That’s Emma’s Max the Manx, one of the most pampered creatures you’ll ever meet. Apart from Lola the other cat and Tango the dog, of course.
Cheers! And all the best …

Funny how Google is the evil empire until they have something you want.
I think they have done some really stupid things, but I think that there are far worse companies.

^^ As I say on the page, “Once in a while Google teams come up with truly interesting products, albeit the company’s ultimate vision is of a GWWW with it sitting squarely in the centre, manipulating the billions of strands and strings.”
I also have a Facebook account.
Cheers!
