If you’re interested, “The beta version of the OS, reportedly Windows 7, build 7000, can be downloaded from several infamous torrent sites often used to share pirated content,” says InformationWeek.
Yes, indeedy. 7000 Plus_Patch. Etc……..
But, “Microsoft may not be overly displeased with the leak,” says the story.
No, indeedy.
Meanwhile, at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will, “kick off the event with a keynote address on Jan. 7,” says the IDG News Service, adding:
“He’s expected to give a peek at Microsoft’s Windows 7 OS, which many hope will be zippier and less resource hungry than Windows Vista.”

W7 has been on TPB for atleast the last month but I hope its like Vista but less resourceful(I know)

I don’t have such hope, because DRM is not going away and there was no precedent for MS to deliver on that.

w7 sucks quad core system with 4 gig ram and still the system is drained uses way too much just stick with xp way more user friendly if it aint broke why f*** with it

W7 Beta is just that … a beta. This means it’s in the testing stage.
Why should I or anyone else do their testing or them when they are getting paid for it?
Pay me and I’ll think about it.
