Time heals, parents tell John Travolta
p2pnet news view | Movies:- Mothers and fathers around the world have used the on- and offline media to tell Kelly Preston and her husband, John Travolta, how deeply sorry they are about the death of their 16-year-old son, Jett.
Parents who’ve similarly experience the pain of losing a child stepped beyond religion to offer sympathy to tell Preston and Travolta the seemingly unbearable pain is bearable.
“It has been 24 years since we found our only son dead in the bathroom,” says Nan Netscher in a p2pnet comment post. “God bless you and help you to heal and go on with your lives.”
Says Dyan Brooke in a p2pnet Reader’s Write: “We have lost two sons, and time does have a way of healing, but not the longing for your loved ones. God must have wanted another angel in Heaven, a young boy, and he is very picky about who He wants.”
“I too know what it is to lose a child it is very difficult, but with your strenghth, faith, and love for your son you will get through this,” says Anna. “May God Bless You and Your Family.” Rumours that Jett died from a head injury caused when he hit his head on a bathtubhave been dispelled by a coroner’s statement which says his death was caused by a seizure, says the Los Angeles Times.
“Authorities didn’t release the results of an autopsy performed Monday, but Glen Campbell, assistant director of the Bahamian funeral home handling the remains, saw the body and the death certificate based on the autopsy findings,” says the story.
