From me to you – thanks.

p2pnet news view P2P:- Hi everyone.

I’m starting a day with a Thank You for the good wishes and support. I never doubted I have friends out there. And I wasn’t complaining about my workload. I was more wondering if p2pnet hadn’t had its day and if maybe it wasn’t time to vacate the spot, so to speak.

As to my age, I’m a 30-year-old guy trapped in a 67-year-old body. And I shouldn’t even say “trapped”. Considering the abuses I subjected it to before I stop using drugs and alcohol, I shouldn’t be here at all. So, body, thanks to you as well. ;)

And having a 12-year-old kid as smart and lively as Emma keeps me on the hop, especially since she gets her education here at home from her mother, Liz, and myself. God knows how Liz puts up with us. It’s no small task, I promise you.

I live in a small village on Vancouver Island, one of the most beautiful places on earth. We never hear police sirens, the only clouds in the air are clouds, and wild-life is all around us, all the time. So no complaints there, either.

You-all told me what I wanted to know so now over the next few weeks, I’ll try to make some changes based on your input.

Cheers! And thanks. And all the best …
Jon

How about blogging a bit on how you got off the booze? I know I for one would love that!

  4. Dorothy Says:

How about including some gardening articles? You don’t have enough pictures of flowers, either! No website is complete without at least a few pictures of flowers (dandelions don’t count).

    :)

Hmm, seem to be a bit longwinded today, thought of some serious things to say. :)

P2PNet.net does (still) have an important place in today’s media. I have been reading local bloggers’ sites for the last several months, and I am surprised at how much is never reported by the mainstream media (newspapers/TV news). Your site covers a lot of stuff that we might never hear about otherwise.

Thanks Dorothy. It’s always nice to see your name on a post. Even though you do live in Canada. I speak as one who lives in the Principality of Vancouver Island, of course. :)

Gardening, eh? I don’t think so. Talk to my wife. ;)

    Cheers!

OK. I’ll do a post on that tomorrow. Wildly off topic. But …

    Cheers!
