Liskula Cohen vs Skanks of New York
p2pnet news view | Advertising:- Liskula Cohen is a Canadian clothes horse who’s suing Google because, she says, someone grievously insulted her online and now she wants the blogger’s personal details so she can make her anger felt in a court of law.
Being called a skank might mess with her chances of landing an advertising deal or deals, she says.
She was named “No. 1 skanky superstar” by Skanks in NYC, a site which isn’t exactly on everyone’s must-visit-list and one wonders how many people in the ad biz go there.
Or had even heard of it before Liskula. Or of Liskula herself, for that matter.
Why is she so angry? The clothes trade isn’t exactly known for its delicacy and we’d be willing to bet she’s been called far worse offline, but hadn’t felt the need to resort to a lawsuit.
Would you be insulted if someone likened you to Skank the puppet from The Ben Stiller Show? Or a guitar stroke?

Which is why Cohen wants to find out who called her one.
She`s the victim of a, vicious blog entitled Skanks In NYC, which is hosted by Google-owned platform BLOGGER.COM, says, appropriately, Vogue, on whose covers she was featured some 20 or so years ago, according to the Globe and Mail.
I was shocked and embarrassed to see photo captions and commentary used to describe me as a promiscuous woman who filthy, disgusting, foul and a whore, the story has Cohen, who`s 36, declaring.
Defamatory statements describing me as a `skank` and a `ho` affect my reputation and desirability for endorsing products.
Ahhhh. Endorsing products.
But advertisers aren’t exactly high on the list when it comes to refinement, and we’d also bet Liskula’s new notoriety has brought her to the attention of more than a few who even now are thinking of getting in touch, if they haven’t done so already.
The Globe and Mail gets the view of Kurt Opsahl at the EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation), “who focuses on civil liberties, free speech and privacy law”.
“A suit against Google will not succeed because Google is given immunity by federal law,” the story has him saying.
For a defamation suit against the blogger to be successful, Liskula, “would need to prove that the comments made on the blog were factually false statements, rather than someone’s opinion of her, Mr. Opsahl said”.

The problem is not Liskula but the system that promotes her actions into a deceptive or forced and deceptive lifestyle. Almost all women in North America are subjected to ‘ads’ by big media that force these images to pre-program girls and later women in their adult lives. It’s a form of slavery. As a martial arts teacher the first thing I need to do with any student is to strip away the layers of deceit and treachery imposed.
This system is what splits up families and puts human beings into servitude of slavers. It has been specifically designed as such … divide and conquer principle. The system’s other names: business, job, register, apply, religion, country region county street block state borders, logo, room, cell, prison, high rise, military etc. Don’t go there!
What happened to being one with the universe? This means connected to everyone and everything … everywhere!! Unless you know this and be it you are not fully human anymore. Wake up!
Men and Women are designed to be as one, making a family, making a farm, making a community, making a society, making up nature, making a universe.
It’s very easy to blame a woman in a man’s world. Starting to get the picture?

Although I don’t condone Google give up privacy I do suggest elite hackers and crackers find out who the idiot is and post his ass all over the internet. To me its a good idea to post his associations as they are at fault too. Never know, it could be tracked back to previous attacks on her.
Get rid of the system and all be as it should be. Strip it out of you and away from you. It ceases to exist if you do not let it participate
