Schwarzenegger in Terminator Salvation?
p2pnet news view | Movies:- “Ah’ll be beck,” said California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in the first Terminator movie in 1984, repeating his promise in the subsequent sequels.
He took time off to run California, but now, “While McG refused to confirm the news at a press gaggle in New York Monday to hype his upcoming Terminator Salvation, the helmer all but invited speculation that the Governator will be back for one more go-round as the titular cyborg,” says E! Online.
“At least in cameo form.”
McG is Joseph McGinty Nichol who, according to the Wikipedia, is directing Terminator Salvation, slated for release on May 15.
It stars Christian ‘Batman’ Bale as the, “all-grown-up John Connor, leading the human resistance against Skynet and its cyborg army,” says the story, adding:
“Fanboys will get a good glimpse of the deadly T-800 model, which plays a major part of the film’s story as humans are being captured and studied by Skynet to test a better, more efficient and covert Terminator.
“One of Salvation’s biggest set pieces features a giant Terminator, dubbed the Harvester, that attacks a group of survivors and unleashes a pair of deadly robot motorcycle assassins.”
Definitely stay tuned.

Mer, I still have my doubts about it, especially since McG’s still in the directors chair.
But I suppose ol’ Schwarzy in it would be a plus, even if its only a cameo.

Maybe just a manufacturing line with a hundred of them. That would be easy enough to pull off digitally and Arnold probably wouldn’t even have to show up for filming, just collect his paycheck.
