No more iMacs
p2pnet.net News:- Apple has stopped taking orders for the current iMac although the new version won’t be around until September.
"We planned to have our next generation iMac ready by the time the inventory of current iMacs runs out in the next few weeks," says the Apple store here.
"But our planning was obviously less than perfect. We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers."

What, no spell checker on your PC? Beyond that, what a dumb comment. Is there a reason why you think people shouldn’t have a choice based on what suits them best? Or would you rather MicroSoft becomes the only choice so they no longer have to develop and keep up with their products like the current end-user nightmare with IE (for all those foolish enough to be using IE still that is)?
Yes, I’m typing this from my iMac but I could easily be typing it from my Dell or my Compaq. If I had to make a choice between the three, the iMac wins hands down.
