Demonoid down
p2pnet news view P2P:- Demonoid is down but if a post on the site is accurate, it’s not out.
“We had a server crash last night which caused a few hours downtime,” says the site.
“We are currently investigating the issue.”
The site went down for real in November, 2007, thanks to the efforts of RIAA clone the CRIA (Canadian Recording Industry Association of America).
It returned in April last year under new management.

It’s frequently down for maintenance or won’t accept logins due to maxed out traffic. A server crash is not unusual either. Why is this news? Are you just trying to scandalize the paranoid? Demonoid certainly wouldn’t lie about such a thing. And the fact that your source is apparently the Demonoid site itself, so again: why is this news? It’s a blip that would have gone without notice, except that now you’ve implied that there must be sinister corporate forces at work.

If I had found it down, this would be ther first place i’d come to for info.
Where EXACTLY in the article do you see anything ’sinister’ being implied, hinted at, or mentioned.
Just curious.

Well, I guess Jon would post if RIAA would be down too!
But since no one cares about them or visits their server in such masses as demonoind seems to be visited, that would be no news indeed.
(only if the downtime of the RIAA server would be falling in coincidence with the arrest of Mich Brainawol and that Cary what was his name again guy for being responsible for a criminal(?) wrongdoings committing lawyer gang)
Of course the Carlos L. guy must get arrested too since he testified in affidavits that he observed the illegal MediaSentry guys!
