No justice no peace.

Damaging the justice system is dangerous particularly when you are a fat out of shape lawer or music executive who can not fight and when guns and bullets are shiper than lawers.

These guys are fools!

Both Directv and the RIAA have damaged the justice system. It was our law enforcement system which were to protect those innocent of wrong doing. Law enforcement did nothing. Law enforcement took the side of directv and the riaa. The next time I am a juror or a witness, I will do what justice did to me which was nothing. It has never been legal for someone to make up a story and sue someone on the basis of a made up story. Then, in the end, take money from people to settle the made up lawsuit. One year, three years, 5 or ten, my view as a juror will be of bias considering law enforcement as the side which forgot to protect from fraudulant lawsuits.

Adaptation is a driving force behind evolution. Dinosaurs died because they could not adapt to the conditions of a changing environment. It was their inability to adapt which led to their extinction. A new species appeared in the place of the dinosaur – a species capable of adapting, changing and evolving with it’s environment. This is called survival of the fittest.

Dictators, no matter who they are or what form they assume, eventually fall. When they fall, those they oppressed always remain standing. Those who remain are the victors. The last one standing is a survivor because only the fit survive.

A predator who has no prey to hunt will literally starve to death. A predator’s cunning, strength, agility and power will serve it no use when it’s prey begins to disappear. The predator will die. This is a law of evolution which seems to favor the weak.

Adapting to our environment, adapting to change, and the ability to embrace change – these are the processes which increase the fitness to survive. We all have these capabilities, even the entertainment cartels. But they do not seem to want to adapt, they would much rather oppress, and they would much rather bully than compromise.

When all is said and done, when the dust clears, who will remain standing? Who will be the victor. And, who will survive?

My prediction: Tanya Anderson because she refuses to be bullied and she’s not game anymore. The odds are against the dinosaurs because of their refusal to adapt to change.
