		<description>They don&#039;t have anything close to a whole technology. The mice where genetically engineered to make this possible. They cant even do it to *normal* mice. All they have is confirmation for an idea that has existed for quite some time now - if you can select, target, and destroy individual neurons, then you can erase specific memories. This would be staggeringly difficult in humans. It might not be possible with anything less than a fully functional, advanced nanotech.</description>
