It's already being done. Monetize it you morons, before everyone who is already a captive audience resents you so much that they will just carry on using their current delivery vehicle. Conventional broadcast media is dying. I knew this 7 years ago. And I only had a 1MB connection then. Streaming video was poor and HD TV's were rare. A lot has changed in technology in that time.
