Where’d the tracks come from?
“Because of his current financial struggles,” Jackson was “leaving the songs as his children’s inheritance in lieu of cash,” says AHN, quoting examiner.com.
The unreleased tracks would be “worth more than his current net worth when they are distributed.”
The collection is, “also set to be heard by his children Prince, 11, Paris 10 and six-year old Prince Michael II,” says the story.
The news comes from Michael Jackson biographer Ian Halperin.
But, says TorrentFreak, his credibility open to question.
Halperin, “claimed variously that Jackson could barely speak, suffered from emphysema and had lost 95% of the vision in his left eye, which prompted the Jackson camp to issue a scathing denial,” says the story, going on »»»
“Although it denied Halperin’s claims regarding the ‘Thriller’ star’s health, Jackson’s camp never denied the existence of the plan behind the unreleased songs.
Now, unless Jackson really has died (which we very much doubt) that plan appears to have suffered quite a setback.
Just a few hours ago, dozens of previously unreleased tracks leaked to BitTorrent prompting a swift reaction by Jackson’s legal team and anti-piracy partners who struggled to plug the leak.
At the time of writing, only one tracker appeared to be still tracking the torrent (a 645mb RAR archive), which could be a risky business indeed. Sources told TorrentFreak that the leak is believed to have occurred when Jackson’s Neverland Ranch was undergoing “financial reorganization” earlier in 2009. Indeed, that same “re-organization” resulted in Jackson losing control of his famous sequin glove and the robotic head from his movie, Moonwalker. The auctioning of these items is scheduled to take place April 22nd and is the subject of a Jackson lawsuit.
Nearly 2000 people have downloaded the torrent already, and the comments on Mininova suggest that it is indeed the real deal. Michael Jackson’s management was contacted for a comment, but thus far we haven’t received a reply.
“Many tracks are simply numbered rather than named, but others have titles including Past Friends, Tears Don’t Change A Thing, Next Time Like the Last and Growing With the Truth,” adds TorrentFreak.
Meanwhile, Jackson is apparently getting all geared up for a projected London tour which, reported the Los Angeles Times recently, may now be extended to include Paris, Munich, Beijing and Toronto.

He’s, “set to revamp his image ahead of his eagerly anticipated comeback shows,” it says. “The singer is reportedly planning to undergo more plastic surgery.”

What about the unearned boost that talentless pedophile gets from the Beatles catalog?
His “financial troubles” stem from his tendency to touch little boys in an inappropriate fashion.
And I just have to ask: how many times do you need to hear him go “Whoo-hoo”, grab on his junk, and spin? I honestly think that this pederastic scumbag shouldn’t be allowed to retain copyright on ANYTHING (much less things he didn’t even actually DO, like the Beatles catalog.)

He highlights — yet again — what’s wrong with the MAFIAA-sanctioned notion of “celebrity”: if a regular person would have done what he’s done in regard to the pedo thing, the way he treated the women he bribed into having his kids, or anything else — if a regular person had done any of that, he’d either be in the mental hospital, prison, or dead by now.

Wow !! Muchael Jackson was found to be totally innocent !! The people who stated that about him, only wanted his money. Plus, the PLANTIFF’S
also scammed the government and JC penny’s out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. So you need to stop letting your little brains be swayed

Jackson *WAS ONCE* a talented and revered artist.
That was before his brain started self-destructing.
I always suspected something more happened to him during that fateful Pepsi ad mishap, beside simply burning his hair. Not long after it happened, that’s when all the stuff about a skin pigmentation disorder and a number of other “anomolies” began. With that kind of sudden misfortune, it’s quite common to find out there was brain damage or some deeply manifested psychological trauma coming into play.
Michael certainly fits the MO. He really did change before our eyes!
Geez! He was BLACK up until the accident, and not living in a self-created amusement park, or surrounded 24/7 by impressionable children, or sleeping in a “hyperbaric chamber”, or getting multiple plastic surgeries (trying desperately to look like a white version of Latoya).
If an ordinary citizen began acting even remotely like that, it would “off to the Nuthouse!”

During the first incident, he goes on TV and gives this long, weepy-voiced propaganda piece about how the big, evil cops made him show his genitals etc. But then he elected instead to BUY THEM OFF?

He was found innocent and jordan chandler has already said sorry as his father forced him to lie about what happened (it’s true, search it in google). Those of you who who are being IDIOTS most have some serious issues with your lives. And would you talk about any other dead person this way? No, you wouldn’t. I dont care if you “hate” him, hes dead, so respect. And R, who gives a damn if they are not his kids, he still loved them with all his heart and gave them al a good home.
