"because smoking burning stuff make you inhale a lot of irritating combustion byproducts some of them potentially carcinogenic."

Once a "research" came out, claiming that food -when baked- also is hazardous for your health, and 'would' cause cancer. Stop eating also? Veggy juices?

As said above: It's called vaporizer... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaporizer (Yes, a Wikilink *duh*)

"Several scientific studies have been done showing that vaporization is a means of cannabis delivery less injurious to health than smoking. When using high-end vaporizers along with high grade cannabis (containing elevated levels of THC), almost all undesired compounds are found to be eliminated (depending on the precise heat of the mechanism along with the method of inhalation), in a manner consistent enough for clinical trials."

For me, personally, Cannabis has proven it's worth. And for many others also. In short, it widens my Bronchi. Thus positively beneficial for my breathing. For your information, eating an apple also 'can cause' cancer. As you can get cancer by 'just breathing'. Still remains one of the most scary diseases.

"And beward parkinson disease and Alzeimer as there is some suspicion"

Suspicion is not scientific proof. Neither is the research which is given in this article. As for Alzheimer. A recent study was done, where they found 'trigger' genes. (lacking proper words). Hopefully that horrible disease will be "gone" in a few years.

Sure, there are many negative things too be said regarding Cannabis. But for the most information, it can be countered with proper scientific research. Ofcourse not done by those who still feed the silly 'war on drugs'. Which made sure that (potential) users are left in the dark. And many of them do experiment, as a (direct) result of not having _solid_ information...

"By the way these tobacco executives are worst parasites that the recording industry one and we should have exterminated these dangerous criminals long time ago."

I absolutly agree! Let's lobby together. You may use my Vappy while we do so. ;-]

P.s.

"My Peerguardian blocks the cbc.ca site. Both are not worthy on my Internet."

My Peerguardian IS welcome, although I strictly see it as an necessary evil. I was referring to both the site, and the mentioned silly research. Sue me, I'm not English/ American. P2Pnet has global readers, which is a good thing. *lol*

It never made sense to have an army of cops running around busting people for weed because it's "bad for your health", while tobacco is legal. Try eating a tobacco brownie some time.

My Peerguardian blocks the cbc.ca site. Both are not worthy on my Internet.

“The researchers cautioned their study was limited by lack of data”

Possibly but one thing is sure. If smoking pot is not as toxic as tobaco it is still toxic.
Without even considering the neurological effect of pot (which is not very clear but does not look good) smoking anything is not good.

Why? because smoking burning stuff make you inhale a lot of irritating combustion byproducts some of them potentially carcinogenic. But the worst when smoking pott is CO. These induces most of the respiratory and cardivascular problems plaging tobaco smokers. Do you know how painful it is to die slowly of emphysema or of congestive heart failure? Not fun!

Granted marijuana is not as toxic as tobacco because:

1) Marijuana does not contain nitrosamine a very powerful carcinogen responsible for 95% of the carconogenic effect of tobacco. As far as we know marijuana unlike tobacco is not carcinogenic. Only smoking it might have some of these effects.
2) It is certainly not as addictive as tobacco. (If it is addictive Data are not clear.)
3) it does not induce the Burger disease an tobacco induced affection that make the victim slowly loses their limbs.

These being said stay away from smoking anything! And beward parkinson disease and Alzeimer as there is some suspicion these might be promoted by pot.

By the way these tobacco executives are worst parasites that the recording industry one and we should have exterminated these dangerous criminals long time ago.

Funnily enough... My Peerguardian blocks the cbc.ca site. Both are not worthy on my Internet.

FOAD, or do some proper research on Cannabis & COPD.
