Papers sealed in RIAA class action
p2pnet news view | RIAA News:- In Andersen v Atlantic Recording, the Oregon class action brought by Tanya Anderson against the RIAA, MediaSentry, and others, the plaintiff’s motion for class action certification has been sealed by the Court.
Also, the court conducted an ‘in camera’ conference with the defendants’ attorneys — meaning the judge met with the defendants’ attorneys alone – in connection with a discovery motion, and the record of that conference has been sealed as well.
The RIAA has made a motion to dismiss the class action; that has not been sealed.
In case you’re wondering what’s going on here, so am I.
Are we still in the United States?

The class action case will reveal a lot but I mean a lot of corruption invovling the entairtainment industry executives and lawers, judges and of course members of the governement.
This is why every thing is sealed.
Hopefully something will go on Wikileak so that the world will know that there is no justice and that they should be no peace for these parasites.

I also look forward to Wikileaks unleashing this document on the world. It could be the smoking gun that has been known about, but unable to prove for some time.
