This is a matter of the rich V. the masses. It didn’t work in the 16th century and will not work today. OK, so the rich and oh so powerful have enough money
to litigate any common person to do any thing they want them to. If the playing field were fair and level, well one could be proud of a win. But under these circumstances it is no different then a person stepping on an ant. That is exactly what they do when they sue each and every person who they mistakenly sued.
School yard bully’s who have now grown up.

dont forget to mention that the plan is to offer Universiites a ‘package’ deal for a shitload of money, and part of that deal will distribute 50% of the proceeds to the artists, however, there is a clause that states if the Universities NEGOTIATE for a lower priced ‘package’, the labels will give the artists 0%. Thats why the price for the service is so incredibly high, so they negotiate for a lower price, and the MAFIAA gets to keep all the money.
