this is retarded.  user-selected passwords are often not sufficiently strong, and for some cases passwords are entirely inappropriate.  but consumers can barely manage to remember a 4-digit pin.  so let&#039;s just take some publicly-obtainable information, use it as a second even more insecure password that you can&#039;t change, and pretend we&#039;ve done something about security.  ima stupid consumer so i believe that makes me safe.</description>
