MiniNova trial postponed
p2pnet news view Freedom | P2P:- “Due to mininovas current filtering system we are not uploading the direct torrent file of our releases. Instead we will provide a text file which has a url of where you can download the correct torrent from.
“Sorry for this inconvenience. EZTV Staff.”
p2pnet contributor catflap posted the above as a comment in our story based on another Reader’s Write explaining how to circumvent the filtering ‘trial’ introduced by MiniNova.
The Dutch BitTorrent index site is targeted by entertainment cartel hit outfit BREIN, currently being sued by a Dutch Usenet group.
MiniNova was slated to confront BREIN in court tomorrow but, the trial has been postponed until June 2, says the group’s blog.
The postponement is down solely to, “personal circumstances of our attorney and has explicitly nothing to do with the content of the case,” says the post.
Stay tuned.
