I wonder if there are large numbers of ID theft cases the victims can sue their gov't. They were the ones who allowed the legislation through. Not to mention companies not standing against that. This reminds me of the case where a judge allowed a case brought by Viacom to view the IP Addresses of people signing onto Youtube????
