Any content filters that involve the actual files themselves are flawed enough, but how can torrent files be recognized as infringing content, since they don&#039;t contain the video files themselves?  Aside from filtering the keywords used in the name, I highly doubt the effectiveness of any content filter whatsoever.</description>
